Nutiden by Höner och Eir is an unspun yarn produced at a small Swedish mill with a focus on clean, low-intervention processing. Spun from 100% Swedish wool, it is gently washed without bleach, spin oil, or additives, preserving the lanolin and the warm, earthy character of the raw fibre. The brick red and warm red-brown colourway is rich and grounded, yielding around 530 metres per 100 g with the natural variation that comes from minimally processed wool.

Worked held double, Nutiden suits a wide range of sweater and knitwear projects — from the beginner-accessible Wayfarer Raglan to more textured constructions such as cable-heavy designs or stranded colourwork pullovers. Single-stranded knitting is also possible for experienced unspun yarn users, and the fibre blends beautifully with silk mohair or laceweight yarn for custom two-ply combinations.
