Shipping policy
Digital Products
All digital products (such as pattern PDFs and gift cards) are delivered via instant download after payment is completed. You’ll receive an email with a download link shortly after checkout.
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to technical issues. If you haven’t received your files within 24 hours, please reach out via email at orders@ulvenknit.com.
Physical Products
(Ulven Archive Studio Clearance) Physical items—including original design samples, studio one-offs, and yarn from the designer’s stash—are part of a limited-time studio clearance and ship from Germany.
Orders will be processed within 2–8 business days after payment. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
For delivery purposes, customer contact information may be shared with shipping partners.
Shipping Details:
- Shipping is handled via DHL or another reliable carrier
- Free shipping within Germany for orders over €100
- Free shipping within the EU for orders over €200
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
Orders placed with incomplete or incorrect shipping fees may be subject to cancellation and a full refund.
International Orders (Outside the EU)
For customers outside the EU, customs duties or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. I recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information.
If you’re trying to buy a physical piece and can’t select your country at checkout, please reach out—I’ll see if it’s possible to ship to your location and add rates manually.
Due to logistical reasons (and the limited nature of this event), not all countries are currently enabled, but I’ll do my best to accommodate where I can.
