Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products

All sales of digital products (such as knitting pattern PDFs) are final and non-refundable once the download has started. 

EU Customer Rights

Under EU consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from purchases of digital products. However, this right does not apply once the download has begun, as per Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

By purchasing a digital product from us, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the download has started.

Exceptions

If you have not downloaded your purchased file yet and wish to request a refund, please contact us at orders@ulvenknit.com within 14 days of purchase.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., you received the wrong file or the file is corrupted), please contact us at orders@ulvenknit.com.

Return Policy for Physical Items

(As part of the limited Ulven Archive Studio Clearance)

These terms apply to all physical goods sold during this special studio clearance, such as original marketing design samples, studio one-offs, yarn from the designer's stash, and other tangible products.

EU and German Customers

If you're located within the European Union or Germany, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, with no obligation to provide a reason.

To initiate a return, please email orders@ulvenknit.com within this 14-day window. A formal withdrawal form is not required, but your message must include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A clear statement that you wish to return the item

Once your withdrawal has been acknowledged, the item must be returned within 14 days, in its original, unworn, unused, and undamaged condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Tracked shipping is strongly recommended, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Non-EU Customers

(e.g. UK, USA, Canada, Norway, etc.)

Returns from customers outside the EU are accepted at our discretion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery (orders@ulvenknit.com) to discuss your request.

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • You are responsible for shipping, tracking, and any customs/import fees
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items are non-refundable and not eligible for return:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Discounted items
  • Yarn outside the EU – These are designer's stash clearance lots sold in limited quantities and are considered final sale due to logistical limitations
